RRMC Nursing Incentives

  • Competitive salary
  • Clinical Ladders for RNs in place on all units:
    • Level I – Meets basic competency requirements
    • Level II - +$.50
    • Level III- +$.50
    • Level IV - +$.50
    • Level V- +$.50 (ICU, L&D, PICU)
  • Clinical Ladders for LPNs are in place @ $.35 for Level II-1V
  • Opportunities to attend local and statewide seminars are available on each unit (expenses paid for travel and seminar)
  • In-house seminars offered at least bi-annually for Basic EKG, 12 lead EKG, ACLS, NRP, PALS and management training
  • Tuition reimbursement (90%)

  • Weekend Option for RNs and LPN’s: Incentive of base rate + extra 25% of base rate + applicable shift differential for all weekend hours worked (8-12 hrs Friday; 12 hrs Saturday and Sunday) please see agreement for more information
  • Holiday pay: base rate + ˝ base rate for the following holidays:
    • New Year’s Day – 2:45 p.m. on 12/31 until 11:15 p.m. on 1/1
    • Easter – 10:45 on Saturday night before until 11:15 p.m. on Easter Sunday
    • July 4 – 10:45 p.m. on 7/3 until 11:15 p.m. on 7/4
    • Thanksgiving – 10:45 p.m. on Wednesday night before until 11:15 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas – 2:45 p.m. on 12/24 until 11:15 p.m. on 12/25
  • ACLS-certified nursing supervisor available 24/7
  • Active Recruitment and Retention Committee
  • In-house float pool (paid differential) and PRN (per diem) pool
  • Nurse Internship Program for inexperienced RNs/RN apps and LPN’s: includes eight weeks of orientation and intensive skill training by expert RNs prior to being assigned responsibility for patient care.
