Dave Williams CEORapides Regional Medical Center has been a part of central Louisiana for more than a century. We’ve cared for your family, neighbors, coworkers and loved ones – as well as we would care for our own. And that makes you one of us.
What began in 1903 as a small, two-story wooden building with just 20 beds and six physicians has grown into a 315-bed, state-of-the-art medical facility with more than 200 physicians from 30 medical specialties. Our success is a tribute to our physicians, our staff and to you.


You are the reason we have the area’s only pediatric intensive care unit. You are the reason we have the area’s largest neonatal intensive care unit. You are the reason we offer cutting-edge cancer treatment and orthopaedic services. And you are the reason we maintain the area’s most comprehensive cardiac program. Our goal is to serve you.
