After you complete an assessment, you will receive a personalized report summarizing your risk factors and recommended next steps. The report details your risk factors and provides tips to reduce risks.

Although you should always rely on your medical team's expertise above anything else, these assessments offer a sound starting point.

Heart health assessment

Use our online cardiac assessment tool to compare your biological age to your heart's biological age, calculate your risk of developing cardiovascular disease and find out which risk factors you should prioritize.

Joint pain assessment

Joint pain doesn't have to control your overall quality of life. Use our online assessments for knee pain and hip pain to learn how likely you are to be affected by knee or hip issues. These assessments take into account factors such as mobility, sleep quality, daily activities and self-care.

Weight loss assessment
