The ROSE Award was established to honor non-nursing health professionals that impact our patients and their families. ROSE is actually an acronym that stands for Recognition of Service Excellence.

The nominee for the ROSE Awards stands out for modeling compassionate, patient-family centered care that supports service excellence.

The ROSE Award ceremony

Each ROSE Award winner will be recognized at a public ceremony in their unit and will receive: a certificate, ROSE Award pin, roses, service excellence points and a celebration for the unit.
